"Had the best overnight stay here on a Sunday evening to celebrate my birthday. A member of staff called Tom was very helpful, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The dining experience turned out to be just ourselves sat on a table by the fire which was a beautiful touch and very atmospheric. The hotel was stunning and so was its view overlooking Cardiff. I felt extremely lucky and the stay couldn't have gone much better. Would definitely come back here again."

"Stayed there as part of a good friends wedding. As a wedding venue we found the whole service to be brilliant. The staff were excellent as was the food too. The hotel has a beautiful setting with good views. The room was large with a huge comfy bed and well presented bathroom. Highly recommend."

The rooms were all beautiful! All staff gave outstanding service, not just professionally but all had a friendly, caring nature. The house keepers were lovely and wished us well and congratulated us throughout the day, reminding us how special our day was. The bar staff were incredible, catering staff were also great and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. The reception staff went out of their way to ensure our daughter was able to have her bottles and nothing was too much for them! All the staff that helped plan the event and make our dream come true, we can’t thank enough! The venue looked better than we could ever have imagined. It was truly beautiful!
