We are a collection of warm, wonderful little places, each completely different from the next, where people stay, eat, drink, meet and celebrate.
We collected them because we loved their quirks: and because we like the idea that somewhere in our little world, there is a place for everyone. Somewhere to go away to, where you’ll feel instantly at home.
We like it when people tell us that though they arrived as guests, they were made to feel like family. That means we got it right. We hope to welcome you soon.
The Coed Y Mwstwr, Bridgend
Coed y Mwstwr is a charming Victorian mansion on a leafy hillside overlooking the Vale of Glamorgan & Bridgend. It’s wonderful for exploring town, country and coast – or you could just let us spoil you with a few cocktails by the warm fire, contemporary Welsh cuisine, or indulgent afternoon tea with friends.
The Bear Hotel, Cowbridge
The Bear Hotel is the bustling heart of charming Cowbridge, a gathering place to socialise or stay. Replete with nooks and crannies, there’s something for everyone – from shopping and chic cocktails to fine dining with friends or a bracing coastal stride and a local pint. You’ll find our welcome’s warm.
The New House, Cardiff
The New House is a romantic country pile, built in the 1730s. Its natural brightness and stunning rural views will take your breath away.
Our vibrant capital city is on the doorstep - fancy something a little bit town, a little bit country? We’ll make sure you’re spoilt, either way.
The West House, Llantwit Major
Something between a hotel and a guest house, the West House is tucked in a corner of the ‘Old Town” in Llantwit Major with its shops, pubs and cafes – but you can still be in Cardiff in half an hour. If you prefer something more outdoorsy, a meander down green lanes and pathways will lead you to the dramatic Jurassic cliffs of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast.
Come and see us if you’d like to be looked after by friendly people in a peaceful place: the West House is the perfect spot for a stay that’s good for the soul.
